This requires you to jump into any Mitsubishi Lancer car and win any Dirt Race event. Upon completion, an orange circle will appear around the Valle de las Ranas area within the north-eastern area of the map. The Treasure Chest can be found along the main path that goes through this area, and nearby a precariously balanced eroded stone.
It'll be wherever the WindowsApps folder is stored (dunno what the Forza Horizon 4 folder is called but it's probably Microsoft.ForzaHorizon7 [or something like that]); it might be hidden for you, so make sure you have folders not hidden. I already had a look through there, and there are a couple folders of Horizon 4 DLC, but no main game
Developer. Publisher. Turn 10 Studios. Microsoft. Forza Horizon 4 is the fourth entry in the road-racing variant of the venerable driving series. I did a livery search for any make, any model. I searched by description “M.A.S.K.” and got almost a dozen results. I downloaded 6 of them and I could see them on cars but there was no text identifying what cars they were. So when I went to put them on the cars that I thought they should be on I found out they were not on those cars. Immediately go into photo mode. Make sure you move the camera to get all 12 cars, take a shot. Save and share the pic. Exit photo mode, finish the race. Switch to the next car in your garage, do it all again. You'll get all the cars you do own and a lot you don't own, for horizon promo.
